Is it us or are the events dreamed up for celebrity attendance getting more and more obscure. Jayma Mays attends the what?

Anyway.

We don't know who the designer is, It's a Ronald Abdala dress. We think the dress is adorable and looks great on her. We are grateful that she didn't pair gold shoes to go with her gold belt, gold clutch, and gold-embellished dress. Unfortunately, she picked black and while there's nothing really wrong with that, a black and gold dress with a gold belt and bag and black shoes is, well, not really putting much thought into the accessorizing, is it?

Still, we're feeling magnanimous and on a caffeine high (from which we will come crashing down in about 2 hours and woe to the poor celebrity in our sights when that happens) and we're not inclined to give someone an out based on accessories that are merely standard and not offensively bad. She looks cute and put together. The dress suits her. The hair could use a little zhuzhing but then again, we're not entirely sure what the expectations are at the Cosmo-Las Vegas-Vanity Fair-Hollywood-Elysium-Heaven art auction thingie with regards to looking fresh all night. For all we know, it's a really boozy event and Jayma looks fresh as a daisy compared to all the drunks around her. It's a mystery, kittens. At any rate, she's an IN.
