[Photo Credit: wireimage, getty]If every dress tells a story, then this dress is saying "I got caught in a fishing net with a pheasant who then exploded."
Ashley Bell in McGinnShe looks like a party favor. Long after the party has ended.
Chris Colfer
Shame on you, Chris. It may be a silly little Hollywood back-patting session, but they ARE called the STYLE Awards. There's no excuse for showing up like you just got off your shift at the Gap.
Cory Monteith
Cory gets it right and obviously listened to our pleas to wear a tie. Now, if we could get him to tie it correctly so the tip hits the buckle instead of floating above it, he'd be good to go. And he should also take his hands out of his pockets when posing, but that goes without saying (even though we never miss an opportunity to say it).
Emily Blunt in Roksanda Ilincic Fall 2009We love her, but we do not love this look on her. Too much dress, too much shoe. The effect is making her look like a pinhead.
Jayma Mays in Burberry Prosum
Way to upend your image, Miss Pillsbury! She looks cute and hot at the same time.
Jessica Lowndes in Monique Lhuillier
Metallic Party Dress #482017A.
Kaley Cuoco in Oday ShakarIt's a pretty standard dress in a lot of ways but she looks pretty good. We think the hair is not right for this look, though.
Kate Bosworth in Jil Sander Spring 2011
We love the pale minty green of the skirt paired with the white top. We can't help focusing on her waist, however. We definitely don't think a belt would have improved the look, but we're not loving the tight t-shirt tucked into the gathered skirt.
Katie Cassidy in Edition by Georges Chakra Fall 2010Did she put electrical tape over her boobs?
Krysten Ritter in Alberta Ferretti Spring 2011
Pretty. Standard. No complaints.
Lea Michele in The Row
This looks awful on her. The fabric is too stiff in the skirt, the hem hits at a not-particularly-flattering point, and from the side, the cut makes her look pregnant. Also, the hair looks kind of dumb.
Mena SuvariThe dress is fine, but we wouldn't have chosen those shoes or that velvet jacket to go with it. But the real crime here is the makeup. How on earth does someone leave the house looking like that? She looks like a Disney witch.
Odette Yustman in Oscar de la RentaPretty.
Selena Gomez in Max Azria AtelierPretty bad. There is way too much going on with this dress. Too many colors and textures and elements for any one person to pull off. And we DETEST the long sheer skirt over a mini look.
Victoria Justice in Vivienne Westwood Red Label
Boobs do not require swags.
Zooey Deschanel
Lorenzo can't stand her. Tom's all, "She was good in '500 Days of Summer' and she was hilarious in 'Weeds." Lorenzo's retort: "Isn't it telling that she's only good when she plays crazy bitches?" Point. Anyway, here she is, looking a little crazy on the RC. Missy, around here we expect our movie stars to dress like goddamn movie stars. Let the cute librarians have their look. It's not for you.
