Simpson is feeling "much better" after being released from the hospital, where she was treated for a kidney infection. Simpson was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Friday for a "minor kidney infection" and was released Monday March 31, 2008.
Simpson is currently working on a country music album.
